Senior Resident Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and visitors
  • Manage Resident Services tasks such as key replacement, current lease questions, and completing Resident Satisfaction calls and outreach
  • Assist the Resident Services Manager with seasonal annual tasks and audits
  • Schedule and conduct tours of units with residents seeking to transfer units for the following lease term and complete necessary follow-up procedures
  • Handle renewals and renewal transfer requests
  • Support Resident Services manager with subleasing process
  • Brainstorm, plan, and execute Resident Events
  • Routinely tour properties to assess cleaning or maintenance needs to ensure we are meeting standards
  • Collaborate with other departments on projects as needed to provide a seamless customer service experience
  • Train new Residential staff on all aspects of Residential Operating Procedures
  • Assist the Leasing Manager and Resident Services Manager with the supervision of part-time staff through mentorship, delegating projects, answering questions, and leading by example.
  • Support the Leasing Team with seasonal events, such as parking leases, key creation, and audits. Plays a key role in assisting the Leasing Team during our busy turnover and open leasing season.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant office administration, property management, customer service and/or sales experience
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • This position works periodic Saturday shifts to support our business needs. Saturday availability is a requirement.
  • Strong project management and customer service skills
  • Experience with property management software systems is a plus
